Shipping policy
How your order travels to you
Every PookaBook order ships from our cozy shop in Scranton, PA, United States — and we pack every single order by hand, with real care.
We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days. Then your books (and goodies) are on their way:
- Standard US shipping — delivers in 3–5 business days after handling, and costs $8.00 per order. It's free on US orders of $70.00 or more.
- Express US shipping — delivers in 1–2 business days, and costs $15.00.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email your tracking number so you can watch it travel home.
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, email us at contact@pookabook.com and we'll look into it personally — we want every package to land safely.
