A note from our shelves

We want you to be happy with your purchase — really happy. We're a small, family-run bookshop in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and every order matters to us personally.

If you're not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No interrogation, no hard feelings.

To start a return, just email us at contact@pookabook.com with your order number, and we'll take it from there.

You're responsible for the return shipping costs — unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong thing. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping ourselves.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

And if your order arrives damaged or we mixed up your items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
